**Due to the commitment by Ringette Alberta to host a CWG hub and the hosting requirements (in particular, availability for officials that weekend) we were advised we would not be sanctioned to host a U19AA division at the 2026 Turkey Ring tournament; as we were unable to be sanctioned for U19AA we agreed to host a significant number of CWG games over the weekend to showcase some incredible Canadian Ringette talent for all other participating teams to see!

Registration closes September TBD @ 5pm. Notification of acceptance will be sent in the evening of September TBD. Teams will also receive an email if they are not accepted (in the evening on September TBD). Due to the high number of teams applying we ask that you please do not send emails inquiring about the status of your application until after September tBD.

*St.Albert teams do not need to register or pay for Turkey Ring entry fee as it was included in your player registration
Games & Schedule
AA teams will play Saturday - Monday and will have a 4 game guarantee.
A/B/C and Step 3 teams will play Friday - Sunday and will be guaranteed 3 round robin games; the 1st and 2nd place team in each division will advance to the final Gold medal game.
We will aim to provide the schedule on or before TBD.
Cancellation Policy
Teams may withdraw from the tournament and receive a full refund up to and including September TBD, 2026.
A team who is advised they are accepted to the tournament and subsequently withdraws, will not be eligible for a refund. Consideration for a full or partial refund will be given where the tournament is able to replace the team with another team at the same age division and level AND similar competitive ability (e.g. UAA scores at the lower age divisions).
Withdrawal after September 13 and before team acceptance is confirmed, will be considered on a case by case basis and will take into account the availability of other teams available to compete in the division.
Refund
Teams not accepted will receive a full refund via e-transfer which will be sent to the email address provided on the tournament application form.
